Lovely airer- hubby ordered it and then changed the order from six to four and it came really quickly. Great service really helpful and wonderful product. Can't believe we've waited 15 years to get this!!!

I purchased a black swan doorstop. It was half price and did say seconds. Seconds mean defects but this door stop is NOT A DOORSTOP as it can't stand up. If the door moves slightly in the wind, it falls over which is dangerous as it is heavy and should not be sold at all for safety reasons. Instead, they should be returned to the country / place of origin responsible for this defect. Obviously BASIC casting skills have been overlooked. I contacted customer service immediately who informed me, it did state, somewhere, they were "seconds" because they fall over! This is more than a second, it is not functional.

I ordered a pulley maid. It took them 10 days to even dispatch it. Only when I called the customer service team 10 days after the order did they send any details about the dispatch or explain the delay. If it had been mentioned on the website that it would take 16 days in total for delivery, I would have paid extra for delivery. I was going to take the product to France but it didn't arrive in time. I requested a return given the delivery hadn't even been made and I hhad already left. They processed this but failed to mention that the return would cost me £17.54. So I have no pulley maid, which I had carefully ordered with 2.5 weeks to go AND they charged me £17.54 for the pleasure. The customer service representative never once offered any apology, in fact she was combative and defensive from the outset. How incredibly disappointing.

We are still awaiting delivery of an order of a custom post box which was placed over 6 months ago. When we placed the order we were told 12-14 weeks but it has now been over double that. We have had no updates, no apologies and have had to keep chasing the company just to be given loads of excuses. I get the impression they have no control over their ability to fulfil orders. For a very expensive item (almost £500) this is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I am still waiting for a customised post box which I ordered late in 2020. I had no word from the company until I started querying in the middle of April about the status of the order. Since then, I have had many excuses, but no word of when the product will be done and when I can expect to receive it. I now realise that this company acts merely as an agent for a foundry that takes its own sweet time about fulfilling orders. Since I paid in full at the time of ordering, I feel very cheated by this company and would not recommend using it.

We are absolutely thrilled with our six lath pulley clothes airer from Cast in Style. It was extremely easy to assemble, with clear video instructions on the website. It has a beautiful design and good quality materials.

The order took about 10 days to arrive, which at the time made me a little nervous as I'm so used to Amazon next day delivery - but actually as they are a family run British company, 10 days is absolutely reasonable and I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Not recommended, product let's in rain through door. When I advised CIS of the problem, I was sent a weather seal to fit around the door. However this also failed. The response from CIS was to inform me that the post box is shower proof and not waterproof and I should consider drilling another drain hole in the bottom of the box. £70 badly spent

We had a clothes airer bought for us as a present but we didn't put it up for a good while as we were house renovating. When we came to do so we noticed the cleat was missing so we contacted Cast in Style and were told that as the order was so long ago we would have to pay for one!!!!

Great product, shocking customer service!!!!!

Superb company. Really helpful when I called to get advise on the door handles we needed. They were delivery in 3 days and when I needed to phone back for some help on fitting them there technical support was excellent. Made things really easy. Well done Cast in Style. How a company should be done.

Was looking for 6" false hinges for my small shutters. Eventually found this Company. Love the hinges and their service. I placed a review for them, with a photo, which apparently went into a prize draw. I am always sceptical about these things but, I won and they refunded me the cost of the hinges - great result.

Too slow to deliver, had to cancel order.
Ordered Monday morning, took 3 working days to pack, then another 1-3 days courier expectation!
Thought 5 days for delivery of in-stock item to major city plenty, had to cancel the order as would be away by then.

We have just received our black swan door stop. Delivery given as 2-7 days arrived next day. Outer Packaging slightly damaged but internal packaging excellent. Swan bubble wrapped and inside its own box. This box then bubble wrapped as well. Perfect. Well done CiS. Terry Evans

Couldn't praise Cast in Style enough. They we so helpful when we needed some advice. The products are beautiful and came the next day. One of the items had to be bespoke hand made for us and even this only took a couple of weeks to be made. Really excellent. Thank you all the guys who helped.

We are highly delighted with our new clothes airer. The Cast in Style website is user friendly & easy to find your way round. It provides lots of 'easy to read' information & answers all the questions you may have. Our order arrived within a couple of days & without hitch.
The clothes airer we ordered wasn't the most expensive but looks & feels a quality product. We would order from this website again.
